Past Layouts Okay these are the many faces of LIMEFIZZ.NET. The first 4 versions I never screen-capped but I'll write a short description anyhow. Visualize!! ![]() Layout Number: 45 Duration: Mid April (12th) - Present Version: Splash into Summer Description: This layout features a picture from the Stock.Exchange photo community, special thanks to photographer Matchstick for it! I created the layout using Adobe and MSPaint. Featured font in the title is Scriptina. ![]() Layout Number: 44 Duration: Early September - Mid April (12th) Version: There's Always Time For Lime Description: This layout features a picture from the Stock.Exchange photo community, special thanks to photographer Subliminl for it! I created the layout using Adobe, Corel Photoshop (with help from otto) and MSPaint. Featured font in the title is Carpenter. Layout Number: 43 Duration: Late May (31stish) - Early September Version: Bucket Blues Description: Unfortunately I can't find a screenshot of this layout, so if someone happens to have one lying around, let me know! This layout features a picture taken by my own camera on a timer with my friend Nathan and I dancing blues in a "body of water", i.e. a bucket of water. It was for a photo game on Lindyhopper.ca and got a lot of good reviews. I created the layout using Adobe and MSPaint. ![]() Layout Number: 42 Duration: Late May (23rd) - Late May (maybe 31st) Version: Swing Is Back In Style (and so it Limefizz) Description: This layout features a picture taken by my lovely friend Justin! I created the layout using Adobe and MSPaint, very similar to the last layout but it's a good standard and different enough. ![]() Layout Number: 41 Duration: Late January (24th) - Late May (23rd) Version: Elegant Loser Description: This layout features a picture of yours truly taken with my new Canon digital camera! I created the layout using Adobe and MSPaint, and otto helped out using the blue glow effect using Corell Photopaint. Image soon to follow, sorry! ![]() Layout Number: 40 Duration: Early December (10th) - Late January (24th) Version: Carefree Kitten Description: This is a cute layout featuring another lovely image from Stock.Xchng, edited in Adobe and MS Paint, featuring the font Ashley. Unfortunately I never did get the dropshadow to work properly... ![]() Layout Number: 39 Duration: Late September (28th) - Early December (10th) Version: Fire Eyes Description: This is a lovely high-contrast layout featuring Ayumi Hamasaki (again). I usually think high-contrast looks junky, but I managed to make this somewhat tasteful and awesome. Fonts used are If and Silkscreen. Created with Adobe. ![]() Layout Number: 38 Duration: Early August (10th) - Late September (28th) Version: Limefizz meets Tommy Hilfiger Description: Well, I like blue and all, but enough is enough. I think I overdid it last time, so I dug up one of my old pictures of Ayumi Hamasaki (Japanese Vocalist) and sorta simulated my pear layout. To me, it really looks like a Tommy Hilfiger ad. Maybe I'm just crazy. Scriptina and Arial seem to be the fonts of the times, and thus used again. Trying something new with the navigation. Yay Adobe. ![]() Layout Number: 37 Duration: Mid June (16th) - Early August (10th) Version: Blue Traffic Blurr. Description: Alright, the image is from Stock.Xchng, edited in Adobe Photoshop and the fonts used at Verdana and 04b. It was time for a change. Gawd, I love blue. ![]() Layout Number: 36 Duration: Late May (29th) - Mid June (16th) Version: There's always time for lime. Description: Ah, this is such a decieving layout. LIMEfizz. But there's pears. Mind-boggling, I know. I found the image at stock.xchng, the font is Scriptina and I made it with Adobe Photoshop. This layout was actually used in my magazine project for school, but I liked it a lot and thus it became my website as well. ![]() Layout Number: 35 Duration: Mid March (12th) - Late May (29th) Version: Abandoned... Description: This is what happens when you leave me alone, guys. This is what happens when I don't have any plans on a friday night. Layouts happen. This one features a picture I found on stock.xchng, edited in photoshop/psp7/mspaint, font used is Scriptina (availible here) annnnnd... that is all. Now, children, you know the mystery of how layouts are born. ![]() Layout Number: 34 Duration: Early February (7th) - Mid March (12th) Version: Who gives a damn? (Box Car Racer) Description: Rawr! That's what I have to say for my first punky layout. It makes me want to play Box Car Racer's "My First Punk Song" on full blast. This layout features the drummer from Box Car Racer (some fan I am, I can't remember his name XD) and it was found on google and edited with psp7, adobe and mspaint (yea I can never decide which to use). Font present is 04b, located in the fonts section on this site. ![]() Layout Number: 33 Duration: Early January (11th) - Early February (7th) Version: God knows how many (Goth Temptation) Description: Tee hee hee... I love this layout. It's so... sexy. Image courtesy of Nocturne, which was exposed to me by Hoshi. The font featured is called "If" and... I do believe that's it for this one! ![]() Layout Number: 32 Duration: Early December (7th) - Early January (11th) Version: Winter Wonderland Description: Bwee! I luuuurves this layout ^^ I've had the image for some time, I can't remember where but I think Andrea told me about it. I used Paint Shop Pro 7 to make it, and the font on the image is called "Scriptina" (which is available on this site). This is also the 3rd anniversary layout for LIMEFIZZ.NET *dance* ![]() Layout Number: 31 Duration: Early November (1st) - Early December (7th) Version: Love is all I need Description: Tee hee. This layout is dedicated to my dear friend Nick for making me feel all lovey dovey all day!! Silly boy!! Layout features two kids in love, the font "Popsies" and created with Adobe Photoshop *GASP* I used photoshop O.o ![]() Layout Number: 30 Duration: Late October (24th) - Early November (1st) Version: Maroon-Stricken Maid Description: Yea, I saw Otto spiffin' it up with his new layout so I just whipped this up... yay me... omg its one am... ![]() Layout Number: 29 Duration: Mid-September (13th) - Late October (24th) Version: Drowning Limes (Birthday Layout) Description: This layout was donated to me by my lovely hostee Zephyr for my birthday (lmao my other friends I know in real-life, they get me other gifts!). It's simple, it's limey, and much less girly. YAY HAPPY 17th TO ME! ![]() Layout Number: 28 Duration: Late August (27th) - Mid-September (13th) Version: Let Me Be With You Description: Bwee, a pretty layout. Very pink, very girly, but hey! This layout features Chii from the anime Chobits (omg its such a good anime, go find it!!). Also, thanks to the amazing Otto, I've FINALLY started using Style Sheets on my site! 95+ pages to frikkin' edit everytime, but now it's all nice and simple! Saving a lot of space too ;). This layout also has my first attempt at an image map... yay me! Go experimentation! Enjoy!! ![]() Layout Number: 27 Duration: Early July (7th) - Late August (27th) Version: Lavendar Breeze Description: Grr. Argh. I've had a layout block for the first time in ever. This layout is a div layers/ tables layout featuring a charachter from Sentimental Graffiti. I also used some PSP7 brushes I've had lying around, if you made em and want credit contact me kay? ![]() Layout Number: 26 Duration: Early May (6th) - Early July (7th) Version: LIMEFIZZ.NET Description: This is my first layout as Limefizz.net, and my first layout using tables! NYA TAKE THAT TABLES *kicks tables* as well, I made the graphic in PSP7 with the help of Jeff. Everyone, welcome to limefizz.net ![]() Layout Number: 25 Duration: Late March (30th) - Early May (6th) Version: Spring Cleaning // Sugar-Coated Stardust Description: Holy crap. Wisps of Stardust has badly needed renovations for the past year, and finally things are starting to happen. This layout is just a pixel layout with cute folders... uh yea that's pretty much it. GO ME! >_< ![]() Layout Number: 24 Duration: Mid March (15th) - Late March (30th) Version: Cleavage Description: I started watching this anime called Cowboy Bebop and came across this picture when I was searching for it. This layout features Faye Valentine (from Cowboy Bebop) looking classy instead of massively whorish. I tried a new technique with the iframe using a sweet code my friend Nicole learned! Had issues with PSP7 so Jeff helped me out a bunch too! Twas him who gave me the idea for the name of the version (not that I couldn't have gotten the idea without him XD). ![]() Layout Number: 23 Duration: Late January (21st) - Mid March (14th) Version: Summer Twist Description: *sigh* Sadly enough, I've ripped off this graphic from AnimeWallpapers.com. Sure, I've edited it, but only very slightly. I just basically wanted to use it because it features Tamayo and Misaki from Angelic Layer... the anime I'm currently viewing (lol if I made a new layout of each new anime I watched... O.o;; oh the possibilities) but yes. I also stole a cool mouseover effect from Andrea ^^;; Heh heh thanks buddy! ![]() Layout Number: 22 Duration: Late December 2002 - Mid January (21st) Version: Even the smallest person... Description: Some graphic I found lying around my hard drive... most likely again from the lovely Toeng.com. Maybe it is, maybe it ain't, I really don't remember. Thought that it would be a good idea seeing as The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers was just released where I am on December 18th. Also, it would be kinda pointless to put up a Christmas layout this late... as well uh... what about Hannukah? And Kwanzaa? And Ramada?!?!? *cough* Anyway, this was the first layout I used when I was graciously accepted at Heavenspit.com after temporarily crashing at Nighami.Net with layout #19. ![]() Layout Number: 21 Duration: October/November 2002 Version: Green Vision Description: Yet another funky graphic courtesy of Toeng.com. Can't remember the creator of this one eithir. A pretty basic layout, I thought it looked really cool at the time but it got old really fast, I just was way too lazy to get a new layout up. It was about this time I realised the crazy people at Star-Fire.org had eithir decided to stop paying for their domain and not tell me, or purposely piss me off. ![]() Layout Number: 20 Duration: August/September 2002 Version: Digital Shards Description: Another funky graphic courtesy of Toeng.com. Can't remember exactly who did it though, meh. The original creator had called it Digial Jungle but I thought it looked more like shards of glass so I called it Digital Shards. ![]() Layout Number: 19 Duration: Late July 2002 Version: Warmth Description: I finally found a great place to get graphics from! The graphic was made by Spoon... he asked for a credit so there it is *smiles*. A really basic layout, but I think it's pretty classy and flashy at the same time. Oh! I learned how to do the scrollbar on the left side, thanks to Kazzie @ wowness.net ![]() Layout Number: 18 Duration: Mid-July 2002 Version: Desktop Description: This was kind of a hiatus version for when I was away at my cottage. It actually turned out really nice. It took me a really long time to put everything together. I never really liked it that much though... oh right Lissa from Hidden-Teardrop.net taught me this really cool mouseover thing. ![]() Layout Number: 17 Duration: June / Early July 2002 Version: Expect the Unexpected Description: I was kinda at a loss for creating layouts *gasp* so my friend Andrea and I did a swap. It features Due, Heero and Releena from Gundam Wing. First tables layout on Wisps ever... lol too bad I didn't make it *grumble* ![]() Layout Number: 16 Duration: May / June 2002 Version: You Are Precisely... My Cup Of Tea Description: This was another cute pop-up layout featuring the little japanese cartoon panda Tare. The name of the version, you are precisely my cup of tea, was from the musical we did at school (The King & I). We were all obsessed, and when I saw Tare in a teacup those words naturally came lol. Sorry this screencap was when I was making it, not when I had it up ^^;; ![]() Layout Number: 15 Duration: April / May 2002 Version: Utada Hikaru - Wait and See Description: Well I'd finally learned how to make pop-ups. It was a massive pop-up but it was funky. Anyway, it featured Utada Hikaru, my favorite Japanese vocalist. This got me hosted at Broken-Halo.net. Never wanted to take it down. ![]() Layout Number: 14 Duration: First week of April 2002 Version: April Showers Description: This layout didn't really go over that well. I was kinda getting annoyed with geocities and was looking for a host. The person wanted me to make a non-anime layout and so I did (next layout). She didn't end up hosting me anyway *hmph* ![]() Layout Number: 13 Duration: March 2002 Version: Luck O' The Irish Description: This was another frames layout featuring Clover (for various reasons XD). I'd learned to animate and made a little easter adoption too. What can I say, it's green. ![]() Layout Number: 12 Duration: February 2002 Version: Be Mine Description: This layout was very much like the christmas one except I liked it better (lol). Instead of having Li and Sakura as a couple, it featured Eriol and Sakura in very formal attire. However, it was again in red and gold. Damnit I never made a screencap of it, but there's the image I used instead. ![]() Layout Number: 11 Duration: January 2002 Version: New Years Description: And once again I realised that iframes were cool. Being obsessed with CardCaptor Sakura pictures, I took one out of my extensive collection and made a layout. I thought the scrollbar looked really funky. I started downloading fonts to add a bit of funk to my graphics. ![]() Layout Number: 10 Duration: December 2001 Version: Merry Christmas Description: Again, I didn't wnat the traditional green and red so I thought green and gold would be classy! I had javascript snow falling in the frame with the picture and it looked really sweet. By this time I'd made the Me section and the Your Site section into their own sites. ![]() Layout Number: 9 Duration: November 2001 Version: Remember Description: Although a lot of people made their sites for September 11th earlier, I waited until November so that we could be reminded of the people we were remembering for Sept. 11th AND for Rememberance Day. My friend Sammie found this graphic (I wanted to credit but I didn't know who made it >_<) and I thought it was perfect. ![]() Layout Number: 8 Duration: October 2001 Version: Devilish Red Description: This was, undoubtedly, a halloween layout. I still had my voting thing for the layouts but didn't really listen to it (they shut down that feature at freetools.com anyway :P). It turned out better than the last one so I was pretty proud of it. Kinda not quite the typical halloween site, I didn't want any orange. ![]() Layout Number: 7 Duration: September 2001 Version: Pretty in Pink Description: My stars this was such a crappy layout. I don't know how I kept it up so long... especially during my birthday month... *HINT: birthday gifts... september...* Anyway, it's another frames layout... I didn't have a graphic to go by so it kinda bites. Ew... bad memories. ![]() Layout Number: 6 Duration: September 2001 Version: Hotaru Cats Description: This was another simple frames layout featuring Hotaru (Sailor Saturn) from Sailor Moon, along with the three Sailor Moon Cats (Luna, Artemis and Diana). This was after I got a new computer *i think* but I hadn't discovered the joy of PSP7 yet *groan* STOP THE PIXELATION! *has a seizure* lol this layout was actually really popular, I got a lot of compliments from it. This too was when I had a poll on what to do next. ![]() Layout Number: 5 Duration: August 2001 Version: Chibi Cat Description: This was a simple frames layout featuring Chibi Cat (I'm not sure what anime she's from). Dig the little cat dude with the triangle insturment ^^. The screen-caps here are kinda bad because it was when I still had my old computer. This was when I had a poll on what layout to do next. Layout Number: 4 Duration: May 2001 - July 2001 Version: Sakura Angel Description: This was the first layout I did with real frames. It was pink with red text. On the left was a picture of Sakura from Card Captor Sakura as an angel. Under her was the navigation. To the right there was a huge frame for all the content to go in Layout Number: 3 Duration: March 2001 - April 2001 Version: Summer Citrus Description: It looked EXACTLY the same as the last version, only it was an orange color background with yellow text. Instead of bluebear on the left I put my navigation. By then I learned mouseovers and scrollbar coloring. Layout Number: 2 Duration: January 2001 - February 2001 Version: 2.0 Description: This was my first layout in HTML ever. It had a blue sanrio cloud background with a big iframe in the middle of the screen with a lighter version of the background in the iframe. On the left a friend of mine made a table and had a transparent picture of bluebear put there. Layout Number: 1 Duration: Roughly December 2000 - January 2001 Version: Never was named, I call it The First Layout Ever Description: It was the first version of Wisps of Stardust, had a starry background (I still have the exact one ^^) and I just had navigation on one side and content in the middle... like fake tables. Every page looked diffrent. It was a mess. |
